It's that time of year when Santa come to Lace and Lens Studio to spend the day with your family! Santa experience isn't the traditional sit on Santa's lap and smile and say cheese and get wisped away for the next person in line!It's about capturing beautiful and heartwarming moments that you'll cherish forever. THIS IS AN EXPERIENCE!!
HERE’S WHAT WE MEAN:
📸 Capture Timeless Moments: We start each session with traditional family photos, ensuring that everyone in the family gets their moment to shine. Whether it's a picture of the whole family, just the children, or Heck just the parents, we make sure everyone feels special.
🎄 Step into Santa’s mailroom: This year, we've transformed our studio into Santa’s mailroom, a whimsical and enchanting setting filled with the magic of Christmas. Imagine a sea of reds and whites, peppermints, and candy canes, creating a festive atmosphere that will transport you to the North Pole itself. Ask Santa all the questions!
📜 Personalized Letter to Santa: After your formal photos, your child will get the chance to meet the big fella himself, Santa Claus! Your child can hand Santa a heartfelt letter they wrote from home, sharing their Christmas wishes and dreams. Don't worry; we'll provide you with a suggestion list of things your child can include in their letter, ensuring it's filled with magical surprises.
🎁 Help santa: You children will help Santa sort through mail in his mailroom. We will capture candid moments between your child and Santa
💌 A Gift from Santa: As a token of appreciation, after your session, each child will receive a special take-home gift from Santa himself! It's a little piece of the North Pole to remember this magical experience by.
📝 Santa's Heartfelt Response: Once Santa returns to the North Pole, he will personally read each child's letter and send back a handwritten response. Imagine the joy on your child's face when they receive a letter in the mail from Santa Claus himself!

So what is the santa experience?

Our Santa is Your Santa! This will be Santa’s 4th year with us, although he has been around for a long time, as you know! He loves seeing the children grow year after year!

The total cost of this session will be $350. There is $100 session retainer due at time of booking, the remaining $250 will be due on session date. Payment plans available.

Family photos (optional), Formal children photos, Santa experience and candid photos with Santa, 10 digitals images with a mixture of formals and candids, Letter back from santa, snacks, Hot Cocoa, and memories that will last a lifetime.

You will be assigned a time a week before. If this time doesn’t work for you we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but we all know Santa’s a busy man! Our sessions will be from 9-2 pm if that helps plan your day.

Each session will last approx 30 minutes. Once We get a good family/individual photo we will scurry along to santa to give each child as much time with Santa as possible

On the day of, arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session. These session are not like typical sessions. They will run extremely fast paced, since we have limited time for each family. We will do everything in our power to bring out the smiles of everyone in your family! We will start with family photos without Santa. Then we will introduce your child(ren) to the big fella! They will hand him their christmas list. We will be taking candid throughout and do some posed photos. Then after your session, you and your family can enjoy some hot cocoa and a snack before you depart.

The theme this year is Santa’s mailroom. The family photos will not be in the “workshop” but a more formal setting.

Each family will receive 5 edited images from the formal photos. The images from Santa will vary with a guarantee of 10 images.

Your photos will be emailed to you with the email address you used when signing up for your session. You will receive a password protected gallery.

The full gallery will be returned to you within 10 days after you session. Santa will then take the letters to the north pole, read all the letters and write your child back within 10 days.

Yes! We would love to custom design your cards! You have a choice between 5x7 or 4x8. These include envelopes. If you would like us to mail them for you, we could do that too.
25 - 5x7 or 4x8 cards with envelopes $75
25 - 5x7 or 4x8 cards with envelopes addressed and mailed $125
Turn around time for these would be one week. -
Although we 100% love adorable pets in our studio, Santas outfit can not come into contact with pets.
Exclusions Apply: Gift certificates, discounts, and promotional offers cannot be applied toward the Santa Experience sessions. All sales are final, and standard session rates apply.
